PRE-SEASON REGISTRATION

The PRE-SEASON REGISTRATION form can be downloaded here.

Please download and complete this form, using CAPITAL letters, are return it by email to the Players’ Registration Secretary, Paula Redpath, by Sunday 1 October 2011. Paula’s email address is peester@tiscali.co.uk.

LATE REGISTRATION

Late registration (for registration of players not on the initial pre-registration form) should be made by email to the Players’ Registration Secretary. Emails must be received by MIDNIGHT THURSDAY before the game on Saturday. A confirmation email will be sent.

SOUTH LEAGUE

Clubs who have teams who compete in the South League should nominate on their registration forms 11 players per team who as South players are not permitted to play in the Middlesex League. (i.e. if a club has 2 teams they nominate 22 players etc). Any amendments to these squads can be made weekly (there must always be 11 nominated players per team!) and notification must be received by the Players’ Registration Secretary by midnight Thursday before the game on Saturday.

Notes:
A player can only be registered for one Middlesex club. Please check with any new players to ensure their previous club does not intend to register them. If they are transferring clubs after the start of the season please ensure the “old” club deregisters them.
No players may transfer clubs after the 1 January 2012 unless in circumstances approved by the Hon. League Secretary.
Please ensure that any recently married players are registered under the name that will be used on the team sheet.
Please nominate which players are regular goalkeepers and the level at which they would normally play
